The laws regarding the use of electric scooters, bikes, boards, and other electric transport vary between states/territories. Public use is not permitted in all states/territories and licensing/registration requirements may apply. Customers should review these laws before purchasing an electric scooter or other electric transport products. Safety equipment, including helmets and protective gear, should always be worn when using electric scooters and electric transport products. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of any electric transport product or accessory and holds Ludi Electric and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
We offer a 12 month limited warrranty on all of products, unless otherwsie stated on product pages. The 12 month warranty covers repair or replacement of all internal components. We will also cover the shipping to and from the repair centre for all internal faults covered under 12 month warranty. All external breakages are not covered under warranty and repairs to any extrenal breakages will be charged to the customer along with shipping to and from the repair centre.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to discuss. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to ten business days from the date of your order, unless otherwise stated on the product or check out pages. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@ludielectric.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@ludielectric.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:We do not accept cancellations or change of heart returns. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty, under warranty and cannot be fixed. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. For any queries please contact us at sales@ludielectric.com
