Shipping and Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to discuss. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to ten business days from the date of your order, unless otherwise stated on the product or check out pages. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
We offer a returns policy that lasts for 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
NOTE: If your return request is approved, you (the buyer) must pay all associated costs and fees including, but not limited to: Shipping costs, Paypal transaction fees, Shopify transaction fees, bank fees, and any associated fees that are incurred by Ludi Electric. These fees will be deducted from your refund payment and the amount varies depending on your product, location and payment methods. You will be provided with an itemised breakdown of these fees upon refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To contact us about a return, use our chat function or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Cancellations & Refunds:
We do not accept cancellations or change of heart returns. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty, under warranty and cannot be fixed. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. For any queries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
