Are your Segway products from the Official Segway Australia brand? 

Yes! Ludi ONLY stocks official authentic brands from official companies and distributors, all based here in Australia. We never ship from China or overseas for sustainability reasons. 

What are your shipping and handling times? 

Once you have placed your order, we will check stock with our suppliers to ensure we can get your product out to you within 7 business days. We aim to ship orders within 2 business days and aim to deliver within 5 business days. 

Is COVID-19 affecting stock levels and shipping times? 

Yes, the industry has been globally affected by COVID-19, with widespread delays on almost all stock. We are however working hard with our suppliers to ensure we have plenty of stock available for Christmas delivery. We will always keep you in the loop with ETAs and updates. 

Are electric scooters legal in Queensland? 

Yes, electric scooters are legal in Brisbane and in the rest of Queensland. It's important to research and follow all rules associated with electric transport in your state as laws and regulations differ between the Australian states. 

Do you offer free shipping Australia wide? 

Yes! Ludi offers complimentary standard shipping across Australia. If you wish to upgrade your shipping service, contact us at sales@ludielectric.com

We are an independent business, located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We ship electric transport products and accessories across Australia. 

Do you have a physical store?

Do you offer a warranty?

All products come with a limited 12 month warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated on product pages. All internal faults will be covered by the warranty and we will work directly with our Australian service centres to handle the repair. External breakages are not covered under warranty however we can help to arrange a replacement part for you in most cases.
